Important Role Of Angiography
Angiography is an interventional detection method in which a contrast agent is injected into the blood vessels. Because X-rays cannot penetrate the imaging agent, angiography uses this feature to diagnose vascular disease through the image displayed by the imaging agent under X-rays.
With the development of interventional radiology, angiography has become an important clinical diagnostic method, especially playing an irreplaceable role in interventional therapy. Angiography plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck and central nervous system diseases, cardiovascular and macrovascular diseases, tumors and peripheral vascular diseases.
