The Medical Equipment Development In China
80% of China's medical resources are concentrated in 20% of large cities, and people are concentrated in large hospitals, resulting in long waiting times for medical treatment and a shortage of hospital beds. Improving the community medical network to allow people to enter the community for minor illnesses and hospitals for serious illnesses is one of the main means to solve the problem of difficult and expensive medical care in our country. Entering the hospital for serious illnesses and entering the community for minor illnesses is a relatively reasonable way to allocate medical resources. Community medical institutions will become the main body of community health services such as preventive health care, basic medical care, health education, and disease control.

Community medical services in my country are still in their infancy. In 2009, national community health service centers and service stations accounted for only 2.98% of the total number of health institutions, and their health technicians only accounted for 4.52% of the total number of health technicians. There is also much room for improvement in the human resource situation of community medical institutions.
There is still a big gap between community medical institutions and large hospitals in terms of facilities, diagnosis and treatment levels, and other objective conditions. The lack of hardware, obsolete equipment, and even poor external environment in some community medical institutions have affected residents' confidence in seeing a doctor. In addition, many community medical institutions have a single business, low technical level, and a general shortage of general practitioners and senior talents.
