Anatomy And Maintenance Of The Heart
The heart is one of the most important organs of the human body. The heart is the powerhouse of the circulatory system. The human heart is shaped like a peach, located above the diaphragm between the lungs and to the left. The four chambers are the left atrium, right atrium, left ventricle, and right ventricle. The left ventricle is connected to the aorta and the right ventricle is connected to the pulmonary artery. The left atrium is connected to the pulmonary veins, and the right atrium is connected to the superior and inferior vena cava. Between the left and right atria and between the left and right ventricles are separated by the septum, so they are not interlinked. There are valves between the atria and ventricles, and these valves allow blood to flow only from the atria into the ventricles, not back.

The role of the heart is to drive blood flow. To provide sufficient blood flow to organs and tissues to supply oxygen and various nutrients. And take away the end products of metabolism (such as carbon dioxide, inorganic salts, urea, uric acid, etc.), so that the cells maintain normal metabolism and function.

There are some fruits that are good for the heart.
1. Citrus: Improve cardiac function, and reduce myocardial hypertrophy. Anti-platelet, prevent thrombosis. Dilate blood vessels and lower blood pressure; anti-atherosclerosis.
2. Oat: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, folic acid, and potassium are all good for the heart。
3. Olive oil: It contains the highest amount of unsaturated fatty acids of any edible oil, which can lower the "bad" cholesterol in the body and thus reduce the risk of heart disease.
4. Spinach: lutein, folic acid, potassium, and fiber help keep the heart healthy.
