In March 2025, WeMed Medical's self-developed Endovascular Robotic System received market approval from China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) through the Class III Innovative Medical Device Special Approval Procedure (Green Channel). As the only domestic product of its kind to obtain this approval, its technological advancement marks a leap in independent innovation capabilities for China's high-end medical equipment. The system integrates "DSA + Endovascular Robotic System + AI Imaging Platform" into a coordinated "Eye-Hand-Brain" architecture, achieving unified operation of imaging modules, surgical assistance modules, and AI decision-making modules for the first time. While ensuring surgical safety and efficiency, it effectively reduces occupational radiation exposure risks for physicians. The system also supports dual-guidewire control and broad consumable compatibility.
Research Endorsement: Participation in National Strategic Projects
