WeMed Leaders Outline The “China Solution” For Cardiovascular Intervention
The Innomedcon Beijing Innovation Forum 2025 was recently held in Beijing, focusing on implantable and high-end medical devices. As a leading industry event in North China, it gathered 1,206 professionals and 62 expert speakers across six parallel forums, covering the full industry value chain. Discussions centered on breakthroughs in cardiovascular and neurointervention.
Representing innovation in interventional diagnosis and treatment, WeMed Medical CEO Yang He and CTO Xie Jing actively participated in the "Innovation and Development of Cardiovascular Interventional Devices" sub-forum. Through keynote speeches and roundtable discussions, they shared insights into the evolution of interventional robots, as well as strategic thinking on technological iteration and industrial upgrading in cardiovascular intervention.

Yang He delivered a keynote speech titled "From Tools to Intelligent Bodies: A Brief Discussion on the Future Trends of Interventional Robotics." He highlighted how AI and precision control are enabling interventional robots to move beyond traditional limitations-enhancing surgical accuracy, reducing physicians' workload, and improving patient safety. He also outlined the transformation of robots from surgical tools into "intelligent bodies" with perception, decision-making, and execution capabilities, presenting WeMed Medical's R&D progress that drew wide attention from experts and attendees.

In the roundtable session, Xie Jing joined industry leaders in discussing "Technological Iteration and Industrial Upgrading of Cardiovascular Interventional Devices: A Strategic Breakthrough Driven by Innovation." He shared WeMed Medical's practices in product innovation, collaboration across industry–academia–research–medicine, and clinical translation, stressing the central role of intelligence, precision, and platform-based approaches in shaping the future of cardiovascular intervention.
Through this forum, WeMed Medical showcased its forward-looking strategy and technological leadership in interventional robotics and cardiovascular devices, while strengthening ties with upstream and downstream partners, clinical experts, and research institutions.
