The Function of Image Resolution

The image resolution refers to the number of pixels per unit area, the cost of the display is also proportional to the resolution. The resolution of a normal display is 1024×768, which is sufficient for daily work, however, when displaying high-resolution images through software processing at low resolution, the content of the display screen needs to be changed. Obviously, this way of changing will inevitably lead to the "distortion" of the picture.

In this way, the basic requirements of medical imaging display are changed. Therefore, in terms of resolution, it is not only necessary to choose a medical display, but also to choose different resolutions according to different systems.
